The picture above pretty much sums up the events that occurred in our kitchen last night - yes there were even tears! Though I have to give Mr G credit - rather than console me about not burning the beer he came up with a clever way to resurrect the disaster that was 'Mediterranean Stuff Eggplants' by buying bread rolls from the 24/7 bakery and we had mince lamb in rolls with lettuce and yogurt.My track record for cooking has been terrible lately. If tonight's dinner is as bad next week might be declared a 'no cooking' week - or at least a 'don't try anything new' week.
