Dressed at last

At last I have made the dress I have been planning for weeks and weeks. The vintage fabric came from the Antique and vintage fair in Adelaide last month - I just wanted to make a dress from it - it was probably kitchen curtain material in the 50's - who cares I love it . I used two vogue patterns to make the dress - pattern one I used for the top of the dress (I didn't have enough fabric to make the full skirt) & used pattern two for the skirt. The top crosses over so is quite full at the front so I decided to line the skirt to give it more body also.
